Our Bloomin' Garden


My goal this year was to have squash blossoms from my garden, it looks like we'll have some of those and a few more.


These squash blossoms really got my imagination going.   No, I wasn't thinking about stuffing them and frying them.  I thought these first two looked like two ballet dancers, backstage.

And this one, the long fingers of an old lady in a monster movie.

Rita...oh fabulous pictures...and I love how you are seeing such beautiful things in your squash blossoms....It is funny how I don't take note of such small exquisite beauties...I am going to look a bit more closely...oh and rita thank you thank you for your lovely card...it made me smile...you are wonderufl...Katie

Are you going to make squash flower soup?! Mmmm. Mom and I had a squash flower quesadilla at the farmers market last time they were here. It was delicious!
